Nokia has been making a consistent progress. As,we know, this Finnish company completed deal with Microsoft, the company has gone through a transitional phase.Recently Nokia Android models like Nokia X,XL are out which support android operating system. And now few more gadgets are ready to be placed in showrooms!
The Nokia Lumia 630 and Nokia Lumia 635 are latest devices to be addressed with Windows-Lumia family, and also these devices are released with exclusive Windows Phone 8.1 operating system. They are designed to be affordable, however the issue to be noted here is,with launch of Nokia Lumia 630,developer firm entered the dual-sim segment. One more tenuous contrast is Lumia 635 does offer 4G Long Term Evolution(LTE) technology which makes network persistent, while Lumia 630 covers have a matte finish.Otherwise both the phones look identical. The display has a 854 x 480 pixel resolution, 214 pixels per inch(ppi).
Going deep in technically, the display is vivid at initial glances with some great colors and reasonable dimensions, which is noticeably smoother and easy one than those of higher resolution devices. The design comes under typical Nokia's taboo, and developers do offer a changeable cover that clips on and off, which means you are free to customize the device's look the way you like it.
In the other hand the Nokia Lumia 630/635 appear solid enough. It would often remind us very much of the Lumia 520, and that's a good thing. The Lumia 630/635 measures 129.5 x 66.7 x 9.2mm and weighs 134g. And there have been a few changes to the controls of the Nokia Lumia 630/635 and in this sense it's a ground-breaking device: it does away with the camera button for starters. The changes regarding the camera operations is a minute bothering thing, whoever the ease of capturing an image without having to tap the display, is really worthy. The change of controls is something rather more unique however. This doesn't appear to be a significant change with the companies polices, moreover but it is a change.
One of the interesting things for the Lumia 630/635 is that it launches on Windows Phone 8.1 with Nokia Cyan, that is you are provided with latest updated software at both ends. There are a stack of improvisations in Windows Phone 8.1 operating system like:
-Latest keyboard with finger trace entry and the new action center - which organizes your phone's applications which in turn makes the platform much more appealing and stable.
-Another thing is,a new Camera app is included along with more Nokia goodies.
-SensorCore, which is Nokia's path towards fitness, a presently operating theme in contemporary smartphones.
The idea is to give you fitness-tracking functions in a low power state. We've yet to see this in action, but Nokia has teased that the SDK is on trial with a number of partners.
Technically, the Lumia 630/635 is the 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor and there's 512MB of RAM which does boost up the performance. There's 8GB of internal storage, along with a microSD card slot so that the memory storage can be expanded. And the at rear side a decent 5-megapixel camera is provided, there is no secondary/front camera. The Nokia Lumia 630 will be available from May for 168.53$, the Lumia 635 will be available in July for 210.66$.
Finally,if there is something that Nokia should be rated high,it should be for affordable handsets that deliver on worthy experience.
