Facebook pays mobile chatting platform 'Whatsapp' a mind boggling price!

One more time Facebook has been talk of Globe
.With already having deals with online sharing platform "Instagram" Mark Zuckerberg want the deal saga lead to proliferate its presence in Communication technology sector. This time it was Smartphone messenger "Whatsapp".Whatsapp which was found in 2009 by former Yahoo engineers Jan Koum and Brian Acton has been truly appalling application to install.Googling into pact:Facebook has agreed to pay $12 billion in stock and $4 billion in cash for the company. Facebook has also agreed to pay an additional $3 billion in restricted stock units to WhatsApp's founders and employees as part of the deal, which would bring the total deal price to about $19 billion.mind boggling!!!
Now,many of us wonder a why did a social networking giant like "FACEBOOK" with 10years experience and 1.23 billion active users and $134 billion currency value prepared to deal with chatting platform like Whatsapp.Technically, truth is that with "Whatsapp" sky-rocketing users each passing day has really made an glourious mark which most didnt recognize and notice.
When it comes to statistics:
-Whatsapp is Smartphone chatting messenger with totally 4.50 billion users registered.
-Most of us find it easy to access a simple application mainly a cross-platform instant messaging like "whatsapp".
-Facebook make its most of earning from ads. While Whatsapp is an ad-free application.
    -Whatsapp witnesses 10lakh users registering day-to-day globally.Technically it's a big number.
Beyond these things facebook is public platform, while Whatsapp is sternly a private chatting application. For a online based  messaging purpose one would prefer Whatsapp than Facebook.I need to say Whatsapp and its clones like Wechat, line had been a kick-ass boost up in smart phone arena.Earlier this year Google too had ideas about procuring this messenger company. Finally, future has made its way to an software application-mobile computing amalgamated techology milestone biased destiny.Hail techies!
